Shipping Information:

Chocolate is delicious but it is also not warm weather friendly!

We ship Monday through Wednesday and require a signature with every delivery so please be home. We will usually ship your order the next business day. If there is any problem with a product being on backorder we will contact you immediately via email so please be sure to include your email address and phone number where we can reach you.

We ship only to the Mainland USA.

We ship UPS ground to California only.

2nd day and overnight avaikable to ALL STATES.

Please be sure that when the chocolates are delivered there is someone in the home or office to take in the package. While we will pack the box with an ice pack when needed to keep the box cool, we can not be responsible for chocolates left in the sun or a very warm room. We will not be responsible for shipping being delayed due to weather or any other cause beyond our control.

April through September– These are Southern CA warm weather months. Yes, that’s why we live here. We will always use reusable food grade ice packs and insulated packaging.

Hey, That’s Gourmet is not responsible for any packages that are damaged due to recipients not being home or returned because it was undeliverable because of an incorrect address given. If we need to re-ship any orders we will charge extra shipping.
